I have just the free blog on wordpress, but I don’t really like any of the free designs. I want to keep my blog with wordpress, but want a new design. Thanks

go to
download the latest version of wordpress
upload it to your website (if you have one) or find a free host but you’ll have to deal with ads.
navigate to that folder..
i.e. “http://www.example.com/wordpress/”
and it’ll start installation on your server.
and from there on your free to modify it as you wish.
you have the source code of every file it uses thoguh you do need to give credit to WP somewhere on your website
